Authentication

  1. 1Sign in with email and password.
  2. 2If OTP is required, verify using the code sent to your email.
  3. 3Session cookies are created after successful verification.
  4. 4Hospital context is resolved before HMS modules are loaded.

Invitation Onboarding

  1. 1Hospital admin sends invitation to staff email.
  2. 2Invited user verifies the invitation OTP.
  3. 3User sets account password and activates access.
  4. 4User signs in and gets hospital context resolved.

Hospital Context

  1. 1If user is linked to one hospital, it auto-selects.
  2. 2If linked to multiple hospitals, last valid hospital is restored when possible.
  3. 3If no valid last hospital exists, selector is shown.
  4. 4Active hospital can be switched from user menu.
  5. 5All HMS data reads/writes are scoped to active hospital context.

How do I reset my password?

Use the reset flow on the sign-in screen. You will receive an OTP to verify the request.

Can I invite staff with different roles?

Yes. Choose the role at invitation time to control access to modules and patient data.

Where can I see audit logs?

Audit activity is available to authorized admins inside the admin dashboard.

Why am I asked to select a hospital after login?

HMS requires an active hospital context. If you belong to multiple hospitals, you must choose one before accessing data.
